Papagayo rents for $85 a night; Casita Nopal for $150 a night; Casita Agave for $185 a night; and VillaV! for $200 a night. For Christmas we add $50 a night.

The Inn at San Pancho can also be rented in its entirety. If you are planning a vacation with family or friends, we offer comfortable accommodations for six adults and up to three children.

The Inn, with its lovely pool and gardens is a delightful oasis which gives groups a perfect blend of communal space and the privacy of beautifully decorated suites. The Inn rents for $500/night and includes a staff of two. A nightly dinner can be prepared for an additional $25 per couple, plus the cost of the food.
Casita Agave
There is a 3 night minimum and longer term rates are available. All reservations require a deposit of 50% in order to hold the reservation. The balance of the rental charge is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

If you cancel a reservation 90 days before arrival, we offer a full refund. Cancellations under 90 days will be refunded if we can rebook the casita. If, however, we cannot re-rent the casita, you will forfeit your deposit.

SanPancho also has an excellent concierge service (www.groceriesforvacation.com) and you might want to start your vacation off by letting Denise stock your kitchen and pantry before arrival.

There is a Walmart on the way to SanPancho where many guests shop before checking in. Diva Tours will also stop at either Walmart or Mega for an additional $10.

San Pancho also has several markets, produce stands, a bakery, a butcher, a tortilla factory, and fish and shrimp vendors (all fresh daily).
